Jamison received a B.A. in English from Brigham Young University, where he has many fond memories of watching his beloved Cougars play the Wyoming Cowboys.

Jamison has lived in California, Utah, Wyoming, Hawaii, and Taiwan. He prefers the people of Wyoming, the weather of Hawaii, and the food of Taiwan.

Jamison is married to the love of his life, Amanda. They have 3 incredible boys who keep them very busy.
